Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the commonest disorders in women in the reproductive age-group. PCOS may lead to infertility and can cause various complications including metabolic syndrome. Myo-inositol in Inosit improves insulin sensitivity, reproductive axis functioning in PCOS patients reducing the hyperinsulinemic state that affects LH secretion. Vitamin D3 improves follicular maturation and clinical pregnancy rate in infertile patients. Hyperhomocysteinemia reported in PCOS patient that affect pregnancy outcome. L-Methylfolate, an active form of folic acid reduces homocysteine level thus improves pregnancy outcome.
